Slaying Suspect Reveals 2nd Body
A suspect arrested in connection with one killing steered deputies to a shallow grave containing the body of another slaying victim, the San Diego Sheriff’s Department said Friday.
Miguel Alvarado, 36, of Mexico, had been arrested in connection with the slaying of a victim whose body was found in a shallow grave near Alpine Tuesday.
Shortly after his arrest Friday, Alvarado provided deputies with information about a second grave, about 50 yards from the first in the 15100 block of Old Highway 80, near Flynn Springs, Sgt. Manny Castillo said.
So far, deputies have been unable to determine the name of either victim, and late Friday neither the approximate age or sex of the second victim was being released. The first victim was male.
