BASEBALL : DAILY REPORT : ANGELS : Injuries Keep 4 From Lineup

Catcher Lance Parrish (strained left shoulder), second baseman Luis Sojo (strained right hamstring), shortstop Dick Schofield (groin strain) and center fielder Junior Felix (strained right calf muscle) didn’t start Wednesday.

Felix had missed the previous three games, Sojo and Schofield the last four. Sojo, who said before the game he has been ready to play since Tuesday, entered the game Wednesday in the ninth inning as a defensive replacement.
