Police are seeking a man suspected of robbing six dry cleaners in Huntington Beach since April, the latest on Wednesday.
A man walked into the Atlas Cleaner, 6821 Warner Ave., at 2 p.m. Wednesday, pointed a gun at a clerk and handed her a manila envelope with a note demanding that money be placed in the envelope, said Police Lt. Ed McErlain.
The robber fled with $200, police said.
This is the sixth dry cleaning establishment to be robbed since the second week of April, McErlain said.
The suspect is described as white with a heavy build, about 40, and about 5 feet, 9 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a fishing cap and a jacket, both light beige, police said.
