Two suspended football players from the University of Missouri pleaded not guilty to felony charges of burglarizing two apartments and stealing a car stereo.
No trial date was immediately set for Michael Washington, 19, of Monroe City, Mo., and Mark Jackson, 20, of Kirkwood, Mo. They were arrested May 31 after two apartments in Columbia, Mo., were burglarized and a car stereo stolen. Jackson has been free on $20,000 bond and Washington on $15,000 bond.
