JUNKET MOVED: For 30 years Disneyland has picked up the tab for Anaheim city officials on a two-day San Diego excursion-- golfing, sailing, fishing and enjoying lavish meals with entertainment company execs. . . . Thursday the Magic Kingdom paid for food but most city leaders who hit the links with Disney officials paid their own way--at the Anaheim Hills Public Country Club. City Manager James Ruth said the golf tournament was scaled back to avoid any perception of conflict as the park seeks a $3-billion expansion.
