Buchwald Suit: Attorneys for the William Morris Agency have asked a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to quash a Paramount Pictures subpoena seeking confidential financial information on Morris clients who were involved in box-office hits during the mid-1980s that cost at least $20 million to produce. Paramount served the subpoena on Morris--one of Hollywood’s most important talent agencies--as part of its defense in the lawsuit over Art Buchwald’s participation in the movie “Coming to America.”
