Another Look: ABC’s historic “National Town Meeting” with Soviet leaders Mikhail Gorbachev and Boris Yeltsin, which aired last week, is being offered to PBS stations for rebroadcast. KCET Channel 28 will carry the 90-minute program Sunday at 9:30 a.m. KPBS Channel 15 (San Diego) airs it tonight at 10:30 p.m., and KOCE Channel 50 (Orange County) will show it Friday at 5 p.m.
