LOS ALAMITOS : Bandit Robs Bank, Leaves Trail of Bills

A masked gunman robbed a local bank Thursday and fled amid a trail of bills, police said.
At 11:55 a.m., the robber entered a Bank of America branch, at 11262 Los Alamitos Blvd., and immediately leaped over a teller’s counter, flashed a gun and demanded money, police said.
He left the bank with an undisclosed amount, dropping some bills when he fled, police said.
The robber was last seen sprinting north on Los Alamitos Boulevard.
