California IN BRIEF : SAN BERNARDINO : Small Quake Causes No Injury, Damage

A minor earthquake struck San Bernardino County on Sunday and caused no damage or injuries, authorities said. The 12:53 p.m. temblor measured 3.1 and was centered four miles northwest of San Bernardino, said Doug Smith, a spokesman for the Caltech seismology lab in Pasadena. There were no reports of damage or injuries, said Pat Lowman, a spokeswoman for the county Sheriff’s Department.
