Edwin Rosario, WBA junior-welterweight champion, has withdrawn from his title fight Saturday night against Akinobu Hiranaka of Japan after suffering a broken rib.
The other bout on the card, between lightweight champion Pernell Whitaker and IBF featherweight champion Jorge Paez, will go on as scheduled.
