Gang Threat Cancels Game

Banning High School’s refusal to play football at Dorsey High was the only correct thing to do. I commend Banning High for placing a higher emphasis on safety rather than the game; I’m sorry to see that Councilman Nate Holden and the principal of Dorsey High can’t understand this. It’s refreshing to see that in at least one high school, the athletes, parents and faculty stand united to uphold one of life’s most important principles!
