‘Davis’ Will Rule on CBS: Jonathan Winters’ sitcom “Davis Rules” will move from ABC to CBS because ABC could not find a proper time slot, the show’s producers said. Producers Marcy Carsey and Tom Werner said the show will air on CBS beginning Jan. 1. It will occupy either the 8 or 8:30 p.m. Wednesday time slot and be paired with “Brooklyn Bridge.” Eleven episodes of “Davis Rules” had been filmed for ABC this season but were awaiting a time slot for broadcast. The show first aired last year on ABC.
