Two back-to-back episodes of “CHiPS” (Monday beginning at 10:05 a.m. on TBS) feature two famous TV faces in their early days: “Aweigh We Go” stars Gerald McRaney (“Major Dad”) in a thriller that finds Jon and Ponch pursuing professional truck thieves; Joe Penny (“Jake and the Fatman”) plays a hotshot rookie in “Flashback.”

Pat Hingle, Dabney Coleman and Tom Skerrit guest on “The Fugitive” (Wednesday at 2 p.m. and Thursday at 8 a.m. on A&E;) in an episode in which a small-town jail turns into a chamber of horrors for Kimble.

“Nick at Nite’s 1991 Rerun Countdown” (Tuesday from noon until Wednesday at 12:30 a.m. on Nickelodeon) features Casey Kasem counting down the most memorable TV Land episodes of the year. Also included are behind-the-scenes stories and a few long-distance dedications.

Kick off the New Year with the “Mystery Special” (Wednesday at 12:30 a.m. on Nickelodeon), a surprise treasure from Nick at Nite’s vaults. In the past, Nick has featured such gems as “The Sonny & Cher Nitty Gritty Hour” and “The Brady Bunch Variety Hour.”

Betty White and Eve Arden guest on “Ellery Queen” (Friday at 1 p.m. on A&E;) in a thriller about a real-life murder that unfolds on the set of a popular soap opera.

Much to Lois’ dismay, Superman proposes to a beautiful blonde sergeant on the police force on “Superman” (Friday at 8:30 p.m. on Nickelodeon).

Don Francks stars in “Jericho” (Saturday at 1:30 a.m. on TNT), an obscure, short-lived action series that aired on CBS from September, 1966 to January, 1967. The World War II thriller focuses on three undercover agents representing three countries who worked together as Allied trouble-shooters.

A&E; is repeating Michael Palin’s charming series “Around the World in 80 Days” (Saturday at 3 p.m.), which follows the Monty Python member as he tries to equal Phileas Fogg’s fictional feat of crossing the globe in 80 days.

Ken Berry of “F Troop” fame guests on “The Golden Girls” (Saturday at 8 p.m. on NBC) as a high school boyfriend of Rose (Betty White) who has literally “saved” himself for her all of these years.
