New Orleans Saint fullback Craig (Ironhead) Heyward was scheduled to enter a plea in connection with charges in Metarie, La., stemming from an Oct. 11 altercation with two women.
Heyward was charged with two counts of simple battery and two counts of aggravated assault after allegedly head-butting one woman and grabbing another by the breast and crotch and threatening them with a steel traffic barricade.
Heyward has said he is innocent.
