Man Sought in Shooting of Couple
Police are seeking a 52-year-old Anaheim man in connection with the shooting of a man and woman who have been hospitalized in serious condition.
Police responded to a reported shooting at about 8:55 p.m. Saturday at an apartment in the 1200 block of North Robin Way, Police Sgt. Chet Barry said. Officers found that Angelica Alfaro, 39, and Roberto Montoya, 35, both Anaheim residents, had been shot.
Alfaro and Montoya were treated at the scene and transported to a hospital, where they were reported in serious condition Sunday.
Barry said Alfaro’s “estranged common-law husband,” George Feliciano, 52, had come to her apartment to visit his two children but became involved in an argument with Alfaro and Montoya.
As the dispute escalated, Feliciano reportedly fired several rounds at the man and woman from a handgun and then fled, Barry said.
