In Empire League girls’ basketball:

Cypress 55, Loara 31--Jessica Eggleston had 22 points for visiting Cypress (17-4, 9-0), which clinched the Empire League championship for the second consecutive season.

In Orange League girls’ basketball:

Brea-Olinda 92, Savanna 50--Jody Anton had 20 points to lead six Ladycat scorers in double figures. Brea-Olinda (23-2, 9-0) clinched its 10th consecutive league championship.

In Pacific Coast League girls’ basketball:

Costa Mesa 76, Laguna Hills 45--Olivia DiCamilli scored 24 points for Costa Mesa (18-6, 9-0), which clinched its first league title since 1984.

In Sea View League girls’ basketball:

University 48, Woodbridge 46--Tara Wolff had 14 points and six blocked shots and Jennifer Stanley had 14 points, including nine in the fourth quarter, for host University (15-8, 6-3).

In South Coast League girls’ basketball:

Capistrano Valley 67, Irvine 34--Angie White had 16 points and Alisa Farr added 11 points, eight assists and eight steals for Capistrano Valley (23-1, 9-0), which clinched the league title.

San Clemente 44, El Toro 39 (OT)--Maili Rohner had 14 points, including a key basket and assist in overtime, for visiting San Clemente (16-6, 7-2).

In Sunset League girls’ basketball:

Marina 68, Westminster 29--Jessica Trippet had 20 points and nine rebounds for host Marina (20-4, 9-2), which clinched at least a tie for the league title.

In Empire League girls’ soccer:

Esperanza 2, Los Alamitos 0--Kerry Murray and Heather Koch each scored for Esperanza (12-6-4, 7-1-1), which defeated Los Alamitos at home for the 14th consecutive season. Los Alamitos is 7-1-1 in league.

In Olympic League boys’ basketball:

Orange Lutheran 87, Valley Christian 84--Jeff Courvoisier made the game-winning three-pointer for host Orange Lutheran (13-11, 8-3).

In Century League girls’ soccer:

Orange 2, Foothill 0--Laura Roundy and Olinda Porterfield each scored in the first half for Orange (8-7-4, 4-2-3), which remained tied for third place with Villa Park. Rebecca Comstock had three saves in her 10th shutout of the season.

El Modena vs. Canyon Postponed--Heavy rains that flooded the field at Canyon High School forced postponement of the match between the league’s top two teams.

In Pacific Coast League girls’ soccer:

Trabuco Hills 0, Estancia 0--Shannon Pickett had six saves and recorded her 15th shutout for visiting Trabuco Hills (20-2-3, 8-0-1), which clinched at least a tie for its third consecutive league championship. Estancia is 13-2-3, 7-1-1.

In South Coast League girls’ soccer:

Capistrano Valley 3, Irvine 0--Monika Larsson scored three goals, giving her 24 on the season, for Capistrano Valley (14-6-4, 3-5-1).

In Tournament of Champions field hockey:

Santiago 3, Westminster 1--Claudia Aguilar scored the winning goal with eight minutes left and Alicia Alvarado added another with two minutes to play for Santiago (9-3-4), which advanced to Thursday’s semifinals.
