Van Halen Rush: Just 20 minutes after they went on sale Sunday, all 19,000-plus tickets for Van Halen’s May 1 show at the Forum were sold. A second show has been added--on May 3--and those tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Thursday through TicketMaster.
