With baby Alex 7 months old, Garcia bought a pack that included a certificate for an 18-karat-gold card--with a picture of Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Randall Cunningham. Action Packed, which sent out 25 certificates at random nationwide, says the minimum value now is $5,000. . . . “I’ve already been offered seven grand for it,” Garcia says. “But I think I’ll keep it awhile--at least long enough for my son to enjoy it.”
