SOLANA BEACH : Hit-Run Driver Blamed in Death
A 29-year-old transient killed in Solana Beach was apparently the victim of a hit-and-run driver, the medical examiner’s office said.
Timothy Charles Allen, 29, a transient who had been living in the Solana Beach area, was found near the side of the highway in the 300 block. The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department is investigating, deputy medical examiner John Armendariz said.
