Share

BETTER YEAR: San Juan Capistrano’s Roberto Guerrero, above, has caused much of the excitement leading up to today’s Indy 500 race when his 232-m.p.h. time trial won him the pole position. In his last Indy 500 race, in 1987, an accident sent him into a 17-day coma and almost finished his career.
