The Tournament of Roses Foundation will give the Pasadena Unified School District $10,000 a year during the next five years for school programs.

First-year funds will be used to purchase football jerseys for Pasadena, Blair, Muir and Marshall Fundamental high schools.

Future projects include a music program at an elementary school, enrichment programs and special projects for students, such as field trips, or the purchase of new equipment.
