Eddie Lee Wilkins of the Philadelphia 76ers was fined $4,500 by the NBA for a flagrant foul against Bimbo Coles of the Miami Heat during a game Nov. 20.
Fined $3,500 each for similar incidents were Charles Oakley of the New York Knicks and Larry Krystkowiak of the Utah Jazz.
