Coach Art Shell has decided that the Raiders will not make any lineup changes for Sunday’s game against the San Diego Chargers, but he did not rule out playing some of their younger players.

“We’ll decide during the course of the game if we’ll put those guys in,” Shell said. “Right now, we aren’t making any changes, but I would like to get those guys more playing time.

“But our obligation is to go out and try to win games and play our best players.”
