Cincinnati Reds owner Marge Schott, who has been accused of using racial slurs, has started a college scholarship fund at the Cincinnati Academy of Physical Education, a predominantly black school. The fund will administer a $100,000 in scholarships for needy female students, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.
