The Atlanta Braves signed six players to one-year contracts, including second baseman Ramon Caraballo, who is expected to compete with Mark Lemke for the starting position in spring training.

Others signing were third baseman Jose Oliva, outfielder Troy Hughes and pitchers Michael Potts, Dennis Burlingame and Shawn Holman.
