Servite scored only 13 points in the first half and four in the first quarter fell to Inglewood Morningside, 75-52, Friday in the first round of the Division III-AA playoffs at Morningside High School.

“It was frustrating to watch,” said Servite Coach Scott Hamilton, who saw his team end the year 11-15. “But give Morningside credit; they are a great team and are well-coached.”

Servite was led by center Christian Vallas, who was the high scorer with 16 points. Morningside’s Dominic Ellison was the leading point producer with 14 points for the Monarchs (24-4).
