* * Sunscreem, “03,” Columbia. The winner track is “Love U More,” a classic electro-soul construction that sounds custom-made for Annie Lennox, though singer Lucia Holm fares just fine with the soaring melody and simulated heartache. But Holm, despite strong pipes, has neither the mystique nor the presence of a Lennox, leaving this debut little more than a textbook techno grab-bag. Sunscreem appears with Inspiral Carpets on Thursday at the Palace.
