Four armed men held up the Pasadena Federal Credit Union on Monday and escaped with $4,000 in cash, police said.

The robbers entered the business, 1038 S. Fair Oaks Ave., at 10:49 a.m. and ordered everyone down on the floor, said Pasadena Police Lt. Van Anthony. The men took the money and fled in a stolen car that was recovered a short time later near the credit union, Anthony said. No one was hurt.

It was not known if the men also were responsible for other credit union robberies in recent days, including heists in Long Beach and Los Angeles, Anthony said.
