Among the nominees are “Cheers,” “Murphy Brown,” “The Larry Sanders Show,” “Roseanne” and “Seinfeld” for best comedy series, and “Homefront,” “Homicide: Life on the Street,” “I’ll Fly Away,” “Northern Exposure” and “Picket Fences” for best drama.
