Owner Marge Schott of the Cincinnati Reds, suspended from baseball for a year for using racial slurs, will start diversity training in about a month.
The Cincinnati chapter of the National Conference of Christians and Jews will conduct the program, which is scheduled to involve about 40 hours of training over 10 sessions.
