Linebacker Tim Harris, who signed a big-money free-agent deal with the Philadelphia Eagles last month, was arrested for investigation of drunk driving.
Harris already has two violations of the NFL’s substance abuse policy and a third would leave him open to suspension or other disciplinary action.
