Boy Dies in Baptismal Pool

SECURITY, Colo. —
A 2-year-old boy drowned in a church’s baptismal pool after wandering away from his parents at a potluck lunch. The body of Waylon Christopher McConnel was found Sunday afternoon in the 8-foot-long, 3 1/2-foot-deep pool after a two-hour search around the Church of Christ building, officials said.
