In other liquid container news, marketers Opus One--the super-premium Cabernet Sauvignon jointly produced by the wine world’s two favorite munchkins, Robert Mondavi and the late Baron Philippe de Rothschild--have decided on the perfect glass for restaurants for serving it by the glass: a Vinum Series style 416/15 from the super-premium Riedel glass company of Austria. For restaurants, each glass will be etched with the Opus One logo and the profiles of the founders.
