Crenshaw Cougars

COACH: Robert Garrett, seventh year.

1992 RECORD: 2-2-1 in conference; 6-5-1 overall.

PREDICTION: Crenshaw graduated 36 seniors from last year’s 47-man roster. Only Dennis Fomond and Darrell Mayo have game experience of the 11 returning players. Fomond will be looked upon to be a vocal leader for this extremely young Cougars’ team.

PREDICTION: Dorsey won City championships in 1989 and 1991. The offensive line is anchored by All-City tackle Norman Ysaguirre. The Dons have talented running backs in Che Johnson and Chris Phillips, a transfer from Fresno, but will need to avoid injuries to have a championship season.
