Man Shot 13 Times During Dispute
GARDEN GROVE —
A 19-year-old man was in critical condition Sunday after he was shot 13 times during a dispute with another man, police said.
Lam Huu Mai of Riverside was transported to UCI Medical Center in Orange after being gunned down Saturday night outside a residence in the 13000 block of Century Boulevard.
