Jefferson doesn’t need a full game to show off his offensive skills. He scored 51 points in three games and was the most valuable player as Saddleback won the Rancho Santiago Holiday tournament. Of his points total, 41 came in the second half of the three games. He didn’t score in the first half until the title game, an 89-68 victory over Long Beach. Jefferson, from Philadelphia, is averaging 16 points and nine rebounds for Saddleback, which opens Orange Empire Conference play tonight at 7 at Fullerton.
