TUSTIN : Judge, Ex-Gang Member to Speak
A judge and a former gang member have been invited to speak at a community forum Thursday at Tustin High School’s Little Theater.
Orange County Superior Court Judge Frank Briseno and Jesse Sotto will discuss gang and youth violence at the event, scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. Admission is free.
The program’s theme is “Two Views of Youth Violence and Its Consequences.” It is sponsored by PRIDE (Pride, Respect, Integrity and Discipline in Education), a Tustin High School club with more than 250 members.
The Tustin City Council recently honored the club for its work among students and its efforts to foster better understanding among ethnic groups in the community.
