SEASON AT A GLANCE: Gantt is the team’s most versatile player. He has a 1-3 pitching record with a 3.54 earned-run average. He’s also one of the Dynamiters’ top hitters with a .302 batting average. When he is not on the mound he plays third base. “I’m very proud with the way he has progressed,” Coach Spiro Psaltis said. “He always accepts the toughest assignment. He always faces the best teams.”

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Gantt pitched a perfect game in a 7-0 victory over Artesia at the Babe Herman tournament. The right-hander struck out seven, induced 13 ground balls and did not allow a ball to reach the outfield. It was his first victory. He also had three hits and drove in one run.
