OUTLOOK

The Sea Kings made a good first impression on Schuster, their new coach, showing a good attitude and willingness to work. Those elements will have to make up for the need for more players. “If we lose kids,” Schuster said, “we have to fill three positions: on offense, defense and special teams.” Perlmutter and Taketa should have good years again. There was a chemistry between them a year ago--30% of Perlmutter’s 70 completed passes were to Taketa. McDonald has been a real find, and Hogan and DiCesare are also expected to produce bigyears.
