Canoga Park Man, 64, Hit by Car Dies
CANOGA PARK —
A Canoga Park man who was hit by a car Friday morning died of his injuries, Los Angeles police said Sunday.
Alberto Gutama, 64, died of severe head injuries Saturday afternoon at Northridge Hospital Medical Center.
Gutama was knocked to the ground by a car Friday as he crossed Parthenia Street at Owensmouth Avenue just after 7 a.m., said Sgt. John Gambell of the LAPD’s Valley Traffic Division.
The unidentified driver was not cited, said police.
