SPECIAL TO THE TIMES

Steve McKeon completed 14 of 17 passes for 223 yards and two touchdowns and fullback Ted Iacenda scored four touchdowns to lead Hart High to a 42-7 victory over Burroughs in a Foothill League game Friday night at College of the Canyons.

It was the first football game played at Canyons this season because the school’s stadium was damaged in the Jan. 17 earthquake.

The victory sets up a showdown between Hart and Saugus next week. Hart is 9-0 and 3-0 in league play. Saugus, also 3-0 in league play, had a bye Friday.
