Chatsworth 22, Birmingham 6--Quarterback Aaron Hummel threw two touchdown passes and ran for another at Chatsworth to keep the Chancellors’ playoff hopes alive.
Hummel completed four of 10 for 83 yards, and had scoring passes of 31 yards to Golden Fowler and six yards to Vahan Minassian. Minassian also tackled Courtney Blunt of Birmingham (3-5-1, 1-4-1) in the end zone for a safety.
Antwon Nelson of Chatsworth gained 141 yards in 28 carries.
Chatsworth (4-5, 2-4) limited Blunt, who began the game with 818 yards rushing, to zero yards in seven carries.
