OXNARD : Police Seek 2 Men in Store Robbery
Two men robbed an Oxnard store at gunpoint Thursday, ordering employees to lie on the ground and striking several witnesses, authorities said.
The men entered A. G. Harvesting in the 600 block of South A Street about 1:30 p.m., ordered the employees to lie on the ground and demanded money, police said.
After striking several witnesses, the men took an unknown amount of money and fled through the rear of the store to a white van, authorities said.
The men were chased by witnesses to another location, where the van was abandoned and the suspects fled in a second vehicle, police said.
Police later found out that the van had been stolen. An investigation is continuing.
