Shaquille O’Neal won another matchup against Alonzo Mourning, then looked to Michael Jordan.

“We’ll just have to go in and play our game and whatever happens, happens,” O’Neal said in anticipation of tonight’s game between the Orlando Magic and Chicago Bulls. “I’m just glad to be on the same floor with the world’s greatest player.”

O’Neal scored 34 points Thursday night, and his highlight-film jam over Mourning during a 10-0 fourth-period run helped the Magic pull away to a 105-93 victory over the Charlotte Hornets at Orlando.

Utah 112, Houston 104--Karl Malone scored 15 of his 30 points in the third quarter, preventing the Jazz from blowing an 18-point halftime lead at Houston.

New York 104, Denver 101--Derek Harper fouled Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf on a three-point shot, watched him make three free throws to give the Nuggets a 101-99 lead, then scored the game’s last five points at Denver.
