Alleged acts of illegal recruiting by a Taft High assistant coach will be reviewed by the City Section Rules Committee on Tuesday.
City Commissioner Barbara Fiege interviewed two Chatsworth students on campus Wednesday after Chatsworth administrators claimed that a former Chancellor assistant tried to recruit them to play at Taft.

Taft’s football team was placed on probation for one year last June after Coach Troy Starr violated a state rule regarding undue influence by making contact with Dante Clay, a junior high standout now enrolled at North Hollywood.
If the allegations are true, Taft could be banned from the playoffs for violating probation.
