NEWPORT BEACH : Library Program Has Patriotic Theme
Newport Beach’s libraries this month are offering “Star-Spangled Crafts and Stories.”
The free program, geared for first- through fifth-graders, will feature storyteller Barbara Klein and will include crafts classes with a patriotic theme. Sessions will be held as follows:
* Central Library, 1000 Avocado Ave., 10:30 a.m. July 17.
* Vincent Jorgenson Community Center, next to the Mariners branch at 2005 Dover Drive, 3 p.m. July 19.
* Balboa branch, 100 E. Balboa Blvd., 10:30 a.m. July 20.
