COLLEGE FOOTBALL / DAILY REPORT : AROUND THE NATION : Shooting Victim Gets Arrested

Jermaine Cole, 22, who was allegedly shot by Nebraska receiver Riley Washington outside a Lincoln, Neb., convenience store on Aug. 2, is now in trouble.
Police in Lincoln said Cole, 22, was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats, trespassing, third-degree assault and criminal mischief after an incident involving his former girlfriend.
Washington, who has pleaded innocent, is a junior from Chula Vista, Calif.
