The blaze burned a single-family house, a shed, three smaller nearby buildings and a spa, causing about $60,000 damage to the structures and $25,000 to their contents.
The two-alarm fire broke out about 5:15 p.m. at the residence on Apricot Street. It took firefighters about 15 minutes to get it under control. No one was home at the time of the fire, but the owner arrived at the house while it was burning. A neighbor had called the Fire Department to report the blaze.
