SEASON AT A GLANCE: Sanchez has helped St. Bonaventure to a 4-1 record by averaging 182 yards rushing per game and scoring 92 points--14 touchdowns and four two-point conversions. Seraph Coach Jon Mack expects him to only get better. “Early on, he had a couple of breakaways and guys caught him,” Mack said. “Now he sees them coming, cuts back and gets away.”

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Sanchez, who is 5 feet 7, 194 pounds, rushed for 234 yards and scored six touchdowns in a 57-28 victory over L.A. Baptist. He added two two-point conversions for 40 points, a Ventura County record.
