Village Christian 25, Pasadena Marshall 13--Tony Yousif led the Crusaders with two touchdown receptions.

Yousif caught three passes for 100 yards and scored on pass plays of 46 and 50 yards.

Aaron Funk gained 156 yards in 18 carries and scored on runs of five and three yards as the Crusaders (4-2, 2-0) built a 25-7 lead.

Chris Coleman of Village Christian completed seven of 12 passes for 121 yards.

Jason Harris scored on a 13-yard run on Marshall’s first play from scrimmage. Harris later scored on a 10-yard run.

Jonathan Chambers rushed for 103 yards in 17 carries for the Eagles (0-6-1, 0-2).
